Since 1887, the Bologne distillery has graced a three-century-old cane plantation, sprawling from the Soufrière volcano slopes to the Caribbean Sea. Carrying forth this legacy, the Sargenton-Callard family upholds the artistry of Bologne, honoring the remarkably rich terroir.

Aged for a minimum of 4 years, our oenologist-cellar master meticulously crafts the Special Reserve, embodying the precision and expertise essential for the birth of an exceptional aged rum. The intense bouquet is characterized by spicy nuances—vanilla intertwining with cinnamon. The initial palate unveils a luxuriously concentrated array of aromas: dried fruit, fig, followed by toffee and dark chocolate.
