Mi Campo Reposado Tequila is a 40% ABV (80 proof) 100% Blue Weber agave reposado in a 750mL bottle, aged three months in a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir red-wine barrels — a wine-cask twist on traditional reposado from Constellation Brands' La Cofradia distillery in Tequila, Jalisco, available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor, San Diego, CA.

  • ABV: 40% (80 proof)
  • Size: 750mL
  • Agave: 100% Blue Weber agave
  • Aging: 3 months in French oak red-wine barrels (Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir)
  • Distillery: La Cofradia (NOM 1437), Tequila, Jalisco — Constellation Brands (launched 2018); Master Tequilero Jose "Pepe" Hermosillo
  • Process: piñas gently squeezed, cooked in stone ovens, double-distilled in alembic stills

A Reposado Rested Like a Red Wine

Launched by Constellation Brands in 2018 alongside its Casa Noble portfolio stablemate, Mi Campo reinterprets reposado aging: instead of plain oak, the blanco rests three months in French oak barrels that previously held Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. The result keeps the cooked-agave soul of a Jalisco reposado while picking up the wine barrels' fruit and spice. Master Tequilero Jose "Pepe" Hermosillo oversees production at the La Cofradia distillery in the town of Tequila. Tasting Notes

Light straw with a gold sparkle; cooked agave, banana, apple, and chocolate on the nose with vanilla and spice; honey, maple, peaches and cream, white chocolate, and toasted oak on the palate with a peppery, mineral finish.

How to Enjoy

Neat or on a large cube to let the wine-barrel spice unfold — the 3-month rest makes it cocktail-friendly too, especially in a Reposado Old Fashioned or a high-end Paloma.
