Leopold Bros maraschino liqueur is a blend of our montmorency cherry eau-de-vie and an eau-de-vie made from Croatian marasca cherries, along with some honey, which is a traditional element in classic maraschino liqueurs. The sugar content is kept low to maintain the spirit’s drier qualities. Although, the maraschino liqueur is sweet, is still manages to maintain a nice balance with the cherry blossom and dark cherry flavors resulting in something that is floral, sweet, and dry all at once.
