LALO Blanco Tequila
LALO Blanco Tequila is a 40% ABV (80 proof) blanco made from 100% Blue Weber agave — and nothing else. Just three ingredients: fully mature Highland agave, Champagne yeast, and deep well water. No additives, ever. The Three-Ingredient Tequila
LALO was founded by Eduardo "Lalo" González — grandson of Don Julio González — and his childhood friend David Carballido, on a simple idea: a blanco-only brand with nowhere to hide. Cooked in traditional brick (mampostería) ovens, roller-milled over a roughly 48-hour extraction, and double-distilled in a copper pot still, LALO ferments in open-air stainless tanks with Champagne yeast before distilling with deep well water. The result is tequila the way the agave tastes — sweet potato, cinnamon, dulce de leche, and gentle citrus and tropical fruit, straight from the official profile. Tasting Notes
Sweet potato and cinnamon lead, with dulce de leche richness and a soft citrus/tropical-fruit lift — the official LALO profile. The copper pot still keeps it round and gentle; the Highland agave keeps it sweet and mineral.
How to Enjoy
Sip neat in a proper tequila glass, or build the definitive Margarita — this is a blanco designed for both. Add nothing sweet and let the agave do the work.
