Grand Mayan Extra Aged Tequila is dark in color with the sweet aroma of nuts and a distinctive scent. The taste is extraordinary, very smooth and pleasurable to the palate. Tequila Extra Anejo (extra aged) A new classification added in the summer of 2006, labeling any Tequila aged more than 3 years, an "Extra Aged", and is so rich that it becomes difficult to distinguish it from other quality aged spirits.

Grand Mayan

I ordered Ultra Aged but received Extra Aged which is totally different in taste and color. VERY disappointed. If it is the company that has made the change, the advertisement should reflect the change as well.

Del Mesa Liquor

Sorry for the confusion but I am caught a bit off guard by this review. The product clearly states extra aged in the title. Am I missing something?

Just okay

For the price it's not nearly as flavorful or smooth as some other bottles. If it was half the price maybe I'd give it 4 starts. But I've had 30$ bottles that were better. For example la familia anjeo tequila is smooth and cheap.

Purchased as a gift, but the online experience and shipping/quality of item is definitely 5stars!!

So incredibly easy to navigate/use the online site! I made the purchase late one evening, and I swear I received the item (extremely well packed I might add) a day and a half later (was more likely 2-3 days later, but it seemed to ship super fast)! I will absolutely use del Mesa for special liquor purchases in the future - youse guys are awesome! Happy Holidays!
