Bodegas Valdepablo, founded by Jan Manuel Pablo in 1928, continues to innovate today with passion and tradition. The family Vermouth recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and remain a secret. Valdepablo Vermouth is made from carefully selected Airen grapes, which undergo two months of maceration with a secret formula of natural, aromatic herbs to produce a harmonious and delicate Spanish aperitif.
Casa Valdepablo Blanco Vermouth has a well balanced nose which reveals aromas of sweet flowers, citrus, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is fresh and lively. The acidity and sugars blend with fresh herbs of thyme and chamomile to create a perfectly balanced aperitif.
