From their very first production in their own estate-grown agaves in 2004, Alquimia set aside a number of barrels which remained sealed for 14 years in old Jack Daniels barrels. This spirit is bottled at barrel strength at 100 proof. 

 

Features fruity notes, medium oak,  and lightly cooked agave. The result is a long, medium oak and vanilla finish.
