1800 Silver Tequila
1800 Silver Tequila is a 750mL blanco bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), made from 100% Weber blue agave harvested at peak maturity in Jalisco and double distilled at La Rojena, NOM 1122, in Tequila, Jalisco — a special selection of white tequilas blended together for added complexity and character. Crystal clear with blonde highlights, it pours smoother and more interesting than most blancos on the market: soft, sweet and floral, with fruit, spice and a roasted-pepper warmth. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor.

The Blanco the Range Is Built On
Every 1800 starts as this silver: Weber blue agave from Jalisco, hand-picked at peak maturity, double distilled at Casa Cuervo's La Rojena, and then — the step that sets it apart — blended from a special selection of white tequilas rather than bottled as a single run, for a smoother, more complex blanco. The producer now calls this same bottle Blanco on its own site; Silver is the name US shelves know it by. Either way it is the foundation under the Reposado, the Anejo and the Coconut. See the full family on the 1800 Tequila vendor page and in our tequila collection.
Tasting Notes
Per the producer's notes: crystal clear with blonde highlights; a soft, sweet, floral aroma with fruit, spice, black peppercorn and agave; a smooth, clean, balanced palate of sweet prune and roasted pepper; and a medium finish with a fruity pepper fade.
How to Enjoy
The producer's serve is straight, chilled or on the rocks with a lime garnish — and it is equally at home as the clean backbone of a Margarita or Paloma. More blancos are in our tequila collection and across our spirits collection.
