Started by a couple of music industry vets and neighbors in the old Laurel Canyon neighborhood of Hollywood, Laurel Canyon Spirits is starting to really make some noise. Their White Hjerte vodka is triple filtered, column distilled 80-proof corn-based spirit distilled from 100% California grain that was awarded a Double Gold medal from the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Tasting Notes: "Soft scents of vanilla and red berries, and a light-hearted, creamy palate show its noteworthy character. White pepper marks an underscore of crème fraiche and blueberry.
