Traditional absinthe verte from Tennessee, bottled at 65% ABV. Distilled and colored with natural herbs from around the world, including the Holy Trinity of absinthe herbs: Anise, fennel, and wormwood. We encourage you to try it using the traditional absinthe drip method, and watch the louche develop as water is slowly added. Third Stage also adds a powerful presence to any cocktail, especially when paired with citrus. It recently won a Double Gold Medal at the 2023 Proof Awards, and a Gold Medal at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
