The Walter Collective Gin

The Walter Collective set out to make a gin that is far more interesting than the traditional London dry style. So we ditched the harsh juniper in favor of a soft, nuanced Tuscan-grown variety, and topped with the subtle warmth of cassia and cardamom. It is balanced and brightened with grapefruit peel. On the nose is a refreshing bouquet of juniper-forward with citrus brightness and warm spice notes. It is remarkably complex, balanced and highly drinkable.
