We source the base rum from Papua New Guinea: it’s a delicious light rum that has no added sugar, colors or flavors. All sugar cane on Earth originates for Papua New Guinea. We blend a percentage of our estate-produced un-aged rhum agricole as well rhum agricole from Martinique. It has a slightly spicy accent that counters our more floral, fruity agricole producing a unique, premium, white rum from molasses & fresh-pressed cane juice.
