Kuleana Rum Works Hawaiian Agricole

We grow a mix of all 40 varieties of kō (Hawaiian heirloom sugarcane) at our 45-acre farm on Upolu Point, just west of Hawi on the Big Island of Hawaii. Each batch of Agricole produces an average of 500 liters of fresh sugarcane juice. The varieties used for our Agricole are Mahaula, Not Laukona and Uahia Pele. Everything from harvesting of the sugarcane, to pressing the cane juice, fermentation, distillation and aging is done on site.
