Good low-cost value

I don’t really drink whiskey-mixed drinks (or any mixed drinks for that matter, but I’m such a huge fan of Glenmorangie, I had to try the new X – distilled just for mixing. It is not a bad scotch to drink neat (the only way I drink them). It is a light, summer-time scotch with lots of fruity flavors. I wouldn’t rank it up there with the favorite Glenmorangies, but for the price, it is not a bad dram. Drink slow, drink long, drink a variety, drink often.
