A golden rum, aged for five years in ex-bourbon casks and finished up to six months in Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez de la Frontera & Montilla-Moriles. Known for their nutty and caramelized character. The nose holds a rich, sweet sherry character. With aromas of red berries and caramel. The palate opens out into flavors of tasted oak, rich vanilla, ripe cherries and a hind of citrus.
