Single Distillery - Traditional 100% Copper Column Still Distillation Sugarcane syrup is distilled, then aged in new, charred American white oak barrels for up to 12 years. Vertically integrated distillery from sugarcane fields to final bottler. 100% Product of Guatemala. The magic happens when we use fresh, locally grown coconut water as the proofing agent to cut the aged rum blend from cask strength (62% ABV) to bottle proof (40% ABV) Real coconut water infuses natural minerals that balance out the pH levels of the spirit, making an incredibly smooth blend that is not too sweet, dry, refreshing, flavorful and dangerously easy to sip.
