Distilled in column stills from molasses it was aged near to the Panama Canal in Bourbon barrels for 7 years in tropical conditions and then 2 more years in Europe. Bottled at 43.4%. Tasting notes from Transcontinental, "Profile: Lush and gentle. Nose: Round and engaging. Licorice and dried fruit. Palate: Unctuous and flavorful. Coconut milk, clove, salted butter. Finish: Elegant and simple. Vanilla, exotic wood."
