The secret of the excellence and complexity of this distillate is not only found in the selection of the best Blue Agave Tequilana Weber , but also in the passage through three barrels of different grains and levels of toasting.
After resting for six months, it is the thick-burned and intense burned American oak that gives it the notes of wood, cinnamon, fruit and almonds, while the fine-grained and lightly toasted American oak increases the floral and candy. Finally, the fine-grained French oak gives it intense notes of vanilla and sweet flavors.
The result is a complex and elegant tequila that achieves the correct balance in the nose and mouth.
