Breckenridge PX Cask Finish Bourbon Whiskey

Our award-winning Bourbon Whiskey is aged in retired Pedro Ximenez (PX) barrels from the Andalusia province of Spain, renowned for producing a luscious dessert wine from shriveled raisins of the PX grape. These ancient solera barrels, aged for decades, infuse our whiskey with complex layers of flavor, including fig compote, orange marmalade, and licorice, which complement the sweet oak and vanilla notes of our renowned bourbon. The result is a rich and spicy whiskey with a unique depth of character.
