Bodegas Valdepablo, founded by Jan Manuel Pablo in 1928, continues to innovate today with passion and tradition. The family Vermouth recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and remain a secret. Valdepablo Vermouth is made from carefully selected Airen grapes, which undergo two months of maceration with a secret formula of natural, aromatic herbs to produce a harmonious and delicate Spanish aperitif.

Made from carefully selected Airen grapes, which undergo 2 months of maceration with a secret formula of natural aromatic herbs. Valdepablo Vermouth is not as dark, less sweet, with more acidity than a classic Italian vermouth. The nose is full of aromatic herbs and spices like cardamom, vanilla, gentian with a hint of caramel. Gentle and smooth in the mouth with notes of sugar, cloves, and a symphony of aromatic herbs. The aftertaste is long and pleasant and invites you to taste more.
