This limited-edition single malt was distilled in September 2010 and matured for 8 years in ex-Bourbon casks, then elevated by an additional 5 years in a refill Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry hogshead. Bottled in July 2024 at a robust 59.5% ABV, only 169 bottles exist.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Bold aromas of dark stewed fruits, sherry-soaked raisins, and caramel drizzle
Palate: Luxuriously rich with layers of fig jam, toffee, and gentle oak spice
Finish: Long and warming, with echoes of molasses, dried cherries, and PX sweetness
