The seventh release in Mount Gay’s prestigious Master Blender Collection celebrates an exceptional and rarely seen style of rum production—100% copper Coffey Still distillation. This limited edition release is a tribute to both craftsmanship and legacy, distilled with care and bottled with intention.

🔹 Distillation Heritage:
Crafted using one of the last full copper Coffey Stills in the world—originally invented by Aeneas Coffey in the 1800s—this continuous column still imparts a distinct character not found in traditional pot still or modern column still rums.

🔹 A Legacy Reborn:
The still lay dormant for decades until it was painstakingly recommissioned in 2019, guided by the wisdom of Mount Gay legend Reynold “Blues” Hinds, who shared over 50 years of knowledge to help bring it back to life.
