Crafted from 100% malted barley, double distilled in traditional copper pot stills, and aged for 6 years and 9 months, The Departure showcases a masterful balance of malt sweetness, oak depth, and subtle spice. The use of both char #3 and toasted American oak barrels elevates its character, offering complexity and finesse.
