This blend is comprised of malted barley and grain spirits aged up to 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels. This Double Gold Medal recipient (San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2022) exhibits a combination of bright floral nose and malted grain sweetness. The palate combines the dried fruit note of apricot and apple and finishes strong with the sweet oaks and floral tones resulting in a finish of soft finesse.
