Excellent Experience!

I recently purchased two, highly sought after, limited edition Crystal Head Vodka bottles. Del Mesa had each in stock. Ordering was easy, purchase was fulfilled and shipped within hrs. Packaging of items was done with great care. Thank you, Del Mesa! I couldn't be happier.

Great but came slight damaged

The item did come in one piece. However, the wrapping of the item and the condition of the outside packaging may have contributed to the bottles condition. The white paint on the front teeth and nose were scuffed off to reveal the glass underneath. The box was heavily damaged corner crushed and ripped open partially. This even though a fragile stickers was on it. Probably a better experience if i had purchased it in the store. For sure one thing if the internal packaging had enough protect to prevent glass breakage. But it should either been been put into a box of same size as the wrapping or added more internal packing material because it rolled around the box.
