Starting with a base of our rye whiskey newmake, Harvest Seasonal Gin undergoes vapor distillation, extracting the deep, warming flavors of Autumn and Winter from a carefully curated selection of botanicals.

Mashbill: 🌾 Derived from our rye whiskey newmake
Botanicals: 🌿 Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Star Anise, Cedar Leaf, Sumac, Fennel, Bay Leaf
Aroma: ✨ Soft pine and bay leaf lead the way, followed by notes of cracked pepper, sweet anise, berry compote, and savory herbs with a subtle tangy undertone.
Taste: 🌲 Fresh cedar and licorice blend seamlessly with earthy and woodsy tones, layered with tart dark berries, cinnamon, fennel, clove, and soft pepper.
