Bimini Coconut Gin

Unlike many flavored spirits, Bimini Coconut does not contain any flavor extracts. Instead, this flavor is created using Fair Trade Certified Extra Virgin coconut oil in a process known as "fat washing." The oil is heated to a liquid state and combined with Bimini Original Gin to infuse it with the pure coconut flavor. After the infusion, the mixture is chilled until the oils solidify and can be strained back out. The result is a subtle, natural coconut aroma and flavor in perfect harmony with our other botanicals.
