Made utilizing the Lincoln County Process, which refers to the use of sugar maple charcoal to lter new-make whiskey before aging. From there it is aged for at least 16 months in American oak barrels that imparts a truly unique character to the nished whiskey.
Rich, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and wood, that make this very well balanced.
