Barrell Private Release #BH48

The Barrell Private Release Series is a project in detailed blending on a scale small enough to allow extreme precision. This is the first time in Barrell's history that we have offered “micro” blends to the public.

Each release of the Private Release Whiskey is a unique blend of Kentucky Whiskey, the oldest being 18 years old. Once created, these blends are married in single casks, many of which were previously used for other spirits and/or wines. 

This rare bottle is from barrel #BH48, a blend of Kentucky whiskeys, the largest component being 18 year old whiskey finished in a Pineau des Charentes Barrel for added complexity.
