Allagash Brewing Evora Ale Aged in Brandy Barrels

Golden hued ale with aromas of tropical fruit, honey, and spic. The flavor is present with citrus, oak, and earthiness. This beer was brewed with Sorachi Ace, Hallertau, and Northern Brewer hops and barrel-aged in Portuguese Brandy barrels and ages with Brettanomyces bruxellensis for over a year.
