El Espolòn Reposado is made of 100% Blue Weber Agave and rested between 3-5 months in new American Oak Barrels. This Reposado starts off as a Blanco then rested in lightly charred, new American Oak barrels to create a more unique, complex, and well rounded character. The aromas feature notes of spice with a hint of caramel fudge. One the palate is a rich medium-to-full bodied taste of roasted agave and sweet, tropical fruit, vanilla, and brown spices for a long spicy finish. Espolòn Reposado is best enjoyed in cocktails that deserve even greater tequila character.
